Postage & Pick-up

POSTAGE.

Postage is only available on products with an extended shelf life. this includes chocolate blocks & Tarts.

Postage is NOT AVAILABLE on the following products: Slices, cookies, brownies, fudge, most savoury treats, (unless frozen)

Postage Costs are charged at Australia Post Express Post rates. We do not charge handling or packaging fees.  Posting of order including any of our chocolate products will NOT be sent if the weather in Adelaide, SA,  is expected to reach 30 degrees Celsius and over.

PICK-UP.

All orders must be paid in full prior to pick-up.

Pick-up is available only be arranged date and times from Northgate, SA. If you miss the pick-up time frame agreed upon you will need to re-schedule a pick-up time within 2 days. After this time your order will be forfeited.  Please note that as pick-up is from my home I am unable to accommodate exceptions to agreed upon pick-up arrangements.
