Shipping & Delivery
- We ship Australia‑wide. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
- Perishable items (e.g., slices, fudge, cookies) may be affected by heat or transit conditions. We take reasonable steps to package items safely but cannot guarantee they will not melt or soften during delivery.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply to all purchases.
Consumer Guarantees
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:

Change of Mind
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on food items due to health and safety regulations.
- Non‑food items may be eligible for a change‑of‑mind return if unused, unopened, and returned within 14 days at your cost.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
- We will assess the claim and provide a suitable remedy in line with ACL.
Food Safety & Allergens
- All food is prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs.
- We take care to avoid cross‑contamination but cannot guarantee allergen‑free products.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
